Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

For hygiene reasons, used cosmetic cleaning devices cannot be returned unless the product is defective.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not work as intended, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
