Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your heated eyelash curler, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original packaging

In the same condition as when received

Returned with all accessories included
Items that appear used, damaged, or not in their original condition may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.
Hygiene Notice
Although our product is a beauty tool, it is classified as an electronic device, not a cosmetic hygiene product.
However, due to safety and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of use, as they cannot be resold.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

We handle all defect claims with high priority.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are complete within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped.
